Opening in 2021, our Melbourn Point student residence is conveniently located in the Cork suburb of Bishopstown. Munster Technological University is minutes away, so it’s perfect if you want to be just a short stroll away from your morning lecture. There’s also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a local shopping centre where you can spend time taking a break from your studies! If food’s on your mind, you’re only a 20 minute walk from the closest supermarket so it’s easy to stock up on snacks. If that’s not enough, Cork city centre is a bus ride away, so you’ll never be short of new things to do or places to explore during your time here. Our student residence has 342 rooms designed to create your perfect college experience. During your stay at Melbourn Point, you can enjoy the onsite gym, focus on work in our study spaces, or hang out with friends in one of our many common rooms. You will find everything you need in our standard en-suites. The luxury of your own bathroom with a single bed, desk space and all the storage you would need! Standard En-Suite are on every floor of the residence and are in a 3 - 8 bedroom apartment.
