St Luke’s View is in an ideal location in the centre of Liverpool, 10 minutes’ walk from the University of Liverpool and just five minutes away from the LJMU campus.
Our bright and modern rooms are all fitted with private bathrooms, spacious study areas, and plenty of storage space. Choose an en-suite if you’d like to share a kitchen with flatmates, or a studio if you’d like it all to yourself.
When you need to study or relax, you can do it right here. St Luke’s View has two quiet study rooms, a ‘Nook’ desk (which has a roof, cushioned seating, and charging points), pool tables, ping pong, table football, sofas, TVs, bean bags - all free, all for you.
Directly opposite the building, you’ll see the ‘bombed out church’ of St Luke’s, now a multi-purpose arts venue. There’s a Picturehouse Cinema a few streets away, and the best of Liverpool’s shopping and nightlife is within a 10-minute walk.
There are no deposit fees upfront as the rent will be paid in instalments (amount depends
on the period rented and division of instalments)
