Fairfield House is an old converted Victorian mansion house which consists of 5 apartments ranging from 5 to 7 bedrooms each. Fairfield Lodge is a purpose-built block of student apartments containing three 6 bed and three 7 bed apartments. The Coach house is a separate 7-bed detached duplex apartment enclosed between the other two buildings.
