Best and Worst Huddersfield University Accommodations Revealed

- Aspley House crowned top Huddersfield university accommodation

Aspley House by Prodigy Living has been crowned Huddersfield’s best university accommodation with an overall rating of 4.32 out of 5 by Hallbookers.co.uk, the leading student accommodation review website.

Nearly 200 Huddersfield students have submitted their reviews to rank the eight university accommodations in the town based on the quality of the rooms, atmosphere, location, safety, management and value.

Kristian Else, founder of Hallbookers.co.uk, said: “Being crowned the best university hall in any city is an excellent achievement for hall providers, and can be a great benchmark of their efforts. Kingsmill comes in at a close second place, with an overall rating of 4.3, only 0.2 lower than Aspley House. Saw Mill by Unite ranks last in 8^th place with an overall rating of 3.46. If you are looking for the safest Huddersfield accommodation, Snow Island ranks the highest in Huddersfield with a safety rating of 4.75. Kingsmill might be second overall, but the hall scores the highest when it comes to fun and atmosphere with a rating of 4.45.

The “TripAdvisor” style review website for university accommodations was launched in 2015 by graduate, Kristian Else. Else met atrocious student accommodation living standards when he moved to the UK from Australia in 2011 and decided to take action by launching a website where students could express their dismay or delight with university accommodations.
